Cooking instructions for the Beef Tacos:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Chicken Stock, Chipotle, Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin, Onion and Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Jalapeno, Diced Onions and Garlic Cloves, Cilantro, Dried Oregano and White Vinegar
  2. Use a blender or food processor to ensure the mixture has a smooth texture. After it’s blended, top it off with Bay Leaves
  3. Salt and Pepper the Flank/Skirt steak on both sides and sear the meat on high heat for 2 minutes on each side
  4. Add Steak and Marinade in the pressure cooker for 1 hour

Top it off with pickled red onions, pico de gallo and cilantro – or your toppings of choice

All these ingredients combined together will make the perfect tacos. Remember, the key is to not rush the cooking! Sear the beef well to ensure all the seasoning sticks to the flank, and slow cook it for at least 1 hour. Feel free to add any sides or salsa. We always prefer our homemade green sauce for the perfect cilantro lime taste.
